Clair Huddleston

Clair Huddleston was born to Clear and Doris Elaine Huddleston as a twin to Clarissa Huddleston on March 31, 1969. He was the 12th child of 16. Clair Huddleston attended Wendell E. Green Elementary School where he graduated in 1983. He later attended Morgan Park High School earning his high school diploma in 1987. At the age of 17, while still in high school, he entered a program called Jobs For Youth. There he landed his first professional career at Bank One where he worked as a Supervisor in the mailroom and got promoted to an Analyst Specialist. Prior to the shutdown of Bank One in 2000, his career advanced him to being the Boss of the mailroom floor. After Bank One, Clair Huddleston took all his resources and started his own Operator Business with FedEx Home Delivery, where he owned and operated his own fleet of FedEx Trucks. He was an Independent Contractor since 2004. Clair Huddleston met Kyra Ursualla Hope in 1989. Shortly after, they were married on May 18, 1990. They gave birth to their one and only baby girl Angie Elaine Huddleston. He loved spending time with the joys of his life, his wife and his daughter. Known by many as Bullet, Bozo, Playboy, Ladybug, Cooler and Sweet Baby Rays, Clair Huddleston was the best chef of his crew and known for his famous BBQ ribs. He enjoyed working on cars and being a DJ with his brother, Clear and childhood friends, Donnie, John, Matt, Cell and Mack. Clair Huddleston began studying the Bible with Jehovah’s Witnesses. After learning about God’s promise of a new world and mankind living on paradise earth, he set his goal to getting baptized. He always mentioned to his wife that he wanted her and their daughter to be in paradise as well and he would share with them what he was learning so they could be there too. On March 14, 2014, Clair Huddleston fell asleep in death. He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Doloris Mints, Frank Mints Jr., Walter Parnell Mints and Baby Huddleston. Clair Huddleston will be missed by all who knew him but especially, his loving wife, Kyra Ursualla Huddleston; his princess, Angie Elaine Huddleston; his brothers, Esse (Rochelle) Franklin, Robert (JoAnn) Mints, Richard (Evelyn) Mints, George Huddleston, Clear (Sheila) Huddleston Jr. and Clarence Huddleston; his sisters, Eva Percilla Hunt, Wilma (Evan) Brown, Pamela (Nathaniel) Coney, Ozzie Huddleston, Clarissa (Claradon) Hope, Debra (Albert) Townsend, Claudine Huddleston and Claudette McKinzie; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and his dog, Abbey.
