Florence Bunting

Florence Reese was born in Chicago, Illinois to Clara Thomas on June 13, 1960. Florence received many blessing in her life but marrying Archa Bunting and her two sons Julian and Todd were counted as her most important. Being a women of God she took seriously Proverbs chapter 31 and excelled as a wife and mother. Her love of people made her greatly valued at her job as parts and repairs specialist agent at Sears, Roebuck and Company. Florence accepted Christ at the age 11 and was baptized at Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. After accepting her call to preach the gospel in 1977 Florence attended Wheaton Seminary for her primary studies of the Gospel. She used her many talents as a prophetess in preaching, teaching, counseling, and acting as an intercessor. She held a position as the National Superintendent for the American Churches and Elsewhere Inc., for two years. Education and writing were two of her passions. Florence earned her Certificate of Ordination, and holds a Masters degree of Biblical Studies and Business Administration in Business and Oganizational Security Management. She is a three time published author and wrote the Bicentennial Theme in 1976 for the City of Chicago. She has studied the Bible for over 30 years being lead by the spirit of God with great insights to the mysteries of the Gospel. She was known as the Prophet to helping others increase their faith by teaching the principle of sowing faith to other people. On September 5, 2014, Florence Reese Bunting was received by her heavenly father into her heavenly reward. She was preceded in death by her mother, six siblings and an aunt, Netty Reese-Lane aka Baby Sister. Florence leaves to cherish her memory and continue her legacy her loving husband, Archa; sons, Julian and Todd; step daughter, Tara Haley; siblings, Dolly Mae Bland, Annie Lee Williams-Reese, Tisha Ann Reese, Marie Reese, Deverlyn Reese, Johnny Lee Reese, Eddie Reese, Mary Matthew, Otha Bland, Sara Bland, Rosie Bland, Gloria Bland and Kevin Bland; nieces, Amanda Davis and Shanndrail Polk; a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
