Phillip Moseley

Phillip Michael Moseley was born September 11, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois to Edison Michael Mosley Sr. and Paulann Marie Mosley. Phillip attended Simeon High School in Chicago, IL and graduated 1982. After high school Phillip and listing in the United States Army, where he served from 1984 to 1993. While serving his country, Phillip Army Accommodation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Overseas Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal Army Service Ribbon, Operation Desert Storm Shield and Operation Desert Storm Freedom From Tyranny, Army Physical Fitness Award, Soegel Talent Show Ribbon, Advanced Skills Education Program Communication Skills Award, YASC 1/2 VHS Camera and Video Player Training Award, The New Equipment Training Teams Branch, Force Modernization Division Directorate For Readiness, USACECOM Forty Four Technical Read/Write Rules For Preparing Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) Messages Award, Radio Teletype Operator Course, GT Improvement Reading/Improvement Curriculum, Gamma Goat Driver Award, Sidpers TACCS, Clerk/Typist/Military Correspondence, Head Start German Phase 1 and ASEP Management. After his military service dedication, Phillip continued his stay in North Carolina where he worked and developed A War On Waste Machine for Tyson Foods of Sanford, NC. He continued his education at Fayetteville Technical Community College where he received multiple degrees, Associate of Applied Science in the field of Criminal Justice, Investigative Science, Patons evidence and forensics. He was employed a Goodyear Tire and Rubber Plant in Fayetteville, NC. Phillip was a devoted father and loving friend to all he came in contact with. Phillip was preceded in death by his mother, Paulann Marie Mosley and his first son, Phillip Edison Anthony Michael Moseley. Phillip leaves to cherish his memories, his father, Edison Michael Mosley Sr.; one brother, Edison Anthony Mosley III; four children, Brittany Nicole Mosley, Phillip Michael Mosley Jr., Joshua Mosley and Deymeatruis Mosley; three stepchildren, Christopher Frederick, Shanique Selby and K'yona Mosley; fiancé of 26 years, Melinda Frederick; best friend, Milton Jackson; five grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
