Carol Coleman was born on July 4,1958, to Frank and Effie Lou Coleman in Chicago, Illinois. Carol was employed at Summit Laboratories in Chicago Heights, IL for 20 years. She is a veteran of the United States Army. Carol accepted Christ in her life at an early age. She was a member of Christ Temple No. 2 Church of Holiness, located at 1427 Ellis Avenue in Ford Heights, IL, under the leadership of Elder Walter Futrell. She loved the Lord and always gave thanks to him. Carol was a smart, fun, and emotional person. We nicknamed her "Goofy" because that's how she was. She laughed, smiled, and joked about everything. She always kept it real though. On December 4, 2021, Carol made her transition to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by both parents: Effie and Frank; her son: Christopher; her twin brother Jarol; and her sisters: Ruth and Nadine. Carol's presence will be greatly missed by her daughter: Carolyn Coleman; brother: James (Patricia) Coleman; sisters: Patricia (Darryl) Jackson, and Cherita (Freddie) Wilson; grandchildren: Ke'Arie, Aaron, Ariel, Anfernee, Amir, and Amare; her best friend: Carol Cole; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
