A Time To Be Born.... Gurline Coleman was born on June 11, 1937 in Madison, Mississippi to Charlie Shelton and Hattie Coleman. A Time To Live... Gurline put on her Armor of GOD and accepted Christ into her life at an early age. She was optimistic, loving, compassionate and selfless as she would always pray for others. She was truly joy to be around and a blessing to a lot of people. Gurline had been a long time member of Sabbath Day Pentecostal Church of God. Later on in life she attended Hope of Glory Church in Indiana . On Thursday December 24, 2020, Gurline transitioned into eternity. She was preceded in death by her parents and a child (Aretha). Gurline leaves to cherish her memories, her husband James Franklin “Jim”; three sons James "Bo" Franklin, Jonathan (Sandra) Franklin and Hiram (Sheila) Franklin; one daughter Angela “Rhee” Franklin; grandsons James, Micah, Jeremy, Patrick, Jaylon, Aquawn, and Darion; granddaughters Jacqueline, Taylor and Erica “Coco”; great grandsons Jeremy Jr. and Prince Mason; great granddaughter Zayden; and a host of brothers and sisters in-laws, nieces, nephews, favorite cousins and many, many friends.
