Mrs. Jeanette Cade Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Jeanette Cade was born March 10, 1934, in St. Louis, Missouri. Waiting on her arrival were her older siblings. Jeanette was an infant when she and her family relocated to Chicago, Illinois. While she was in elementary school they moved to Ford Heights, IL. Jeanette accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of her father. Jeanette attended Bloom Township High School where she graduated in 1952. On May 21st, 1953, she united in marriage. To this union three children were born. Jeanette babysat many children over the years. She babysat all the way up until she fell ill earlier this year. Jeanette was passionate about her family and church. She enjoyed spending time with her family/friends, cooking, reading, painting her nails, and doing various types of puzzles. Jeanette was known for her cooking, especially her homemade vanilla ice cream, homemade rolls, and macaroni & cheese. Jeanette was also known for being the winner of the annual church tea for the past 20 plus years. Jeanette answered her Master’s call on the evening of September 8, 2021, surrounded by her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and siblings, a brother in infancy, and her niece.
