Mr. Joseph Bannister

Joseph Bannister was born December 11, 1968, in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Raymond Douglas Elementary and Wendell Phillips High School. Joseph was a loving and caring person to all who knew him. He was a positive person who filled the room with laughter. His favorite hobbie was exercising. On February 22, 2022, Joseph fell asleep in death. He was preceded in death by his parents mother Rochelle Bannister and father Ronald Lee Powell, step father James Smith, sister Yolanda Bannister, grandmother Eloise Bannister, grandfather James Bannister, uncles Richard, James, Raymond, and Nolan Bannister. Joseph leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters Brittnee Bannister and Tashe Bannister; three sisters Anita Henry, Josie Herring, and Veronica Herring; two brothers James Bannister and Rodney (Ann) Bannister; grandchildren Lyric and LaNiya Owens; nephews Rudolph Pugh, Xavier Wingard, Ronald Lee Wingard, and Alexander Joshua Wingard; nieces Tonica Bannister, Lekiesha Bannister, Shavon Bannister, Sonya (Chris) Haddad, Shalondrea (Joey) Todd, Heaven Elizabeth Powell, and Joi Michelle Buckley; great nephews Darrus Bullock and Maison Palmer, and Zain Todd, great nieces LeQuiesha Bullock, Mariah Craig, and Mila Todd; and a host of relatives and friends.
