Ms. Linda L. Ingram Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Linda Laverne Ingram was born to Glenes L. Ingram and Lindsey Walker on May 25, 1951. She departed her earthly life on June 21, 2022 at the University of Chicago Medical Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Linda was loving, caring and protective person to all she loved. Linda accepted Jehovah as her God in her early years of life where she was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness and served Jehovah with pride, love and faith til the end. She was a loving caring daughter, mother, grandmother, sister (by blood and faith), aunt and great aunt, and a really good friend. Linda attended Kenwood High School and later worked at Vincennes Manor Nursing Home as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). Linda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her three children, Eric Ingram, Glenn Ingram (departed), Keisha McClay Ingram daughter-in-law, Naja Ingram (Kenneth Roberts) son-in-law; her nine grandchildren, Eric Johnson, Sharice Johnson, Eric Beasliy, Cheyenne Ingram, Ta’Juan Ingram, Darrion Grayer, Tanasia Grayer, Tyquon Grayer, and Kya Ingram; twelve siblings Charles Ingram, Linzy Ingram (departed), Sandalio Ingram, Ronald Ingram, Richard Ingram, Gerald Ingram (departed), Gwendolyn Easley, Terrylyn Barnette, Sheryl Ingram, Charisse Ingram, Diane Mshana, and a host of nieces and nephews, along with great nieces and great nephews, and great grandchildren, her dearest great grandson Si-Yonn McCoy. Linda loved and cared for us all, and would like to leave a scripture with us from the Bible to carry on: Psalm 83:18 and Isaiah 43:10-12.
