Oscar Warren Jr. was born June 15, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois. He was the eighth child of nine siblings. He attended Wacker Elementary School where he made lifelong friendships and he graduated from George Washington Carver Military School. Oscar found a deep appreciation for the Bible and through him learning about Jehovah, he then dedicated his life through water baptism in June of 1987. After his baptism, he zealously aided ones in the truth by studying with them and assisting in helping them reach the point of baptism. He also enjoyed pioneering, volunteering for LDC, being a ministerial servant, as well as an Elder. On December 24, 1988, Oscar married the love of his life, and they shared nearly 33 years of marriage and love together. To that union were born three children. Oscar Warren Jr. was known as being a “Jack of all trades” but with his strong desire and love of music, he started his own independent record label and was known to work with different artists and develop local talent in the City of Chicago and surrounding areas. Oscar Warren Jr. was a devout Jehovah’s Witness and enjoyed spending time in the field ministry preaching and teaching the Bible. He loved to sing, write, and listen to music, watch movies and sports with his beautiful wife, and play an array of musical instruments such as the bass guitar, keyboard, and drums. Oscar Warren Jr. will be remembered for his great sense of humor, his loving and giving spirit, his dedication to his God, his wife, and his family. Oscar Raymond Warren Jr. on November 6, 2021, peacefully fell asleep in death. His father, brother, sister-in-law, and nephew all preceded him in death.
