Treather Woodson, affectionately known as “Tea” was born on March 9, 1945 in Vance, Mississippi. She was one of four children. Treather was educated in the Tutwiler, Mississippi school system. She accepted Christ at a young age and she remained faithful until the end. Treather was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and a loyal friend. She excelled in love for her family and helped others in need as often as she could. Her insightfulness and her colorful expressions are just two traits her loved ones will always cherish. To Treather and her husband were born two children. She later remarried and had another son. On Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 6:40 a.m. CDT, Treather fell asleep in death at the age of 76. Her parents, her brothers, her sister, all preceded her in death.
